Exotic Relaxation at Its Best

I stayed in an Indulgence Villa Room Plunge Pool King Bed. The plunge pool provided a private, refreshing escape. I enjoyed the beautifully maintained grounds. I found the gardens very relaxing to walk through. The landscaping was perfect. The hotel offered direct access to a clean and quiet beach, where I relaxed and soaked up the sun.
The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the room.

The staff was attentive and addressed all my needs promptly. Concierge services were efficient, they handled all requests with care. Room service was available 24/7 with staff delivering orders quickly and accurately.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

The staff, including Sunil from security, provided helpful and attentive service. Abdulla and the reception team were cute. Gaurish, Atle, and Crayson from the restaurant offered professional service. Ganesh and Sabinath at the pool bar were true professionals (I was impressed!).
The location is a bit far from other attractions, so a car is useful.

The breakfast buffet had a large selection of both Indian and continental options. The chef adapted spice levels to our preferences and personally checked if everything was satisfactory. I liked this personal approach.

The trolley service around the grounds was timely and efficient. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining the rooms. The staff was always ready to help with any request and did it quickly.
